These service providers are only provided with access to the information needed to perform the services for us. - Within our corporate group. We share your information with our parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, to operate our business and deliver services. Access to your information is limited to personnel who need to know the information to carry out their responsibilities.
- With business transferees. We may share your information with another business entity if we plan to merge with or be acquired by that business, or restructure, reorganize, dissolve, or sell some or all our assets. In such event, we will require the business entity to follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your information.

Legal Bases for Processing Personal Information
We rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information, subject to applicable laws:
- Performance of a contract. We process your personal information to take steps necessary to enter into a contract with you, perform under our contracts with you, and provide the services you request from us.
- Legitimate interests. We process your personal information for our legitimate interests and those of third parties, while applying appropriate safeguards that protect your privacy. Online Analytics
We use third party web analytics services on our Site, such as those of Google Analytics, to help analyze how users use the Site, including by noting your IP address and information about your browser, device, and operating system. The service provider will use this information in aggregate form to analyze Site usage, system and connection performance, Site enhancement efforts, and to provide security and maintenance services.
The analytics provider’s ability to use and share information collected by analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by their terms of use and privacy policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits by disabling cookies.
Online Advertising
Third Party Ad Networks. We participate in online advertising networks administered by third party advertising companies which display relevant advertisements to you when you visit our Site or third party sites on which they advertise. Through cookie identifiers, ad networks we work with may collect information about your activities over time and across sites to measure and analyze ad performance, deliver more relevant messaging, and for ad reporting, attribution and fraud prevention.
Behavioral Advertising. Third parties may engage in targeted advertising by presenting you with ads tailored to your interests based on your activities over time and across sites, commonly known as behavioral advertising. This is accomplished using the following methods:
- On our Site – We allow third party ad networks we work with to collect information about your use of our Site over time using tracking technologies. The ad network may present you with retargeting ads based on your prior activity on our Site when you later visit other sites in their network. This allows the ad network to serve you with ads tailored to your inferred interests based on your prior browsing on our Site.
- On third party sites – The ad networks we work with may display interest-based Wild Fable ads to you when you visit third party sites if you have previously visited our Site. This allows the ad network to tailor ads for products and services that may be of interest to you based on your browsing on our Site.
Your Choices. The use of cookies and targeted advertising is standard on most major websites. However, you can choose to opt out of receiving interest-based advertising on your browser or mobile device by the AdChoices link in any ad by these ad networks. You may also generally opt-out of receiving personalized ads from third party advertisers and ad networks who are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) or who follow the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising by visiting the opt-out pages on the NAI website and DAA website. Please note you will continue to receive generic, non-personalized ads even if you opt-out.
Do Not Track Settings
Some Internet browsers include the ability for users to transmit “Do Not Track” signals to websites. Our Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time. To learn more about “Do Not Track” signals, please visit https://allaboutdnt.com.
Third Party Websites and Services
Our Site contains links to other websites for your information and convenience, and you may be directed to third party websites through interactive advertisements and content players. These third party websites are outside our control and not covered by this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on these (and all) sites you visit. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third party websites.
When you access third party services through our Site, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or other third party sites or platforms, you are sharing information with them and no longer on our Site. Your use of these services is subject to the third party’s privacy practices, terms of use, and permissions you have set with those third parties, and Wild Fable has no control over how third parties use such information. You should review their privacy policies and practices before sharing information with them.
Data Security
While no services are completely secure, Wild Fable takes reasonable precautions to protect your information. We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to comply with relevant laws and regulations, and protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, change or destruction. However, no security measures can be 100% effective and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Upon receiving such a request, we will refrain from targeted advertising, analytics about your interactions with our ads, and sharing with third parties for advertising for their products and services, as required by law.
Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information as long as reasonably necessary to provide you services, to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, detect and prevent fraud, technical issues and illegal activity, and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
All information provided to us is stored on secure servers located in the United States. Where required by applicable law, if we transfer your information to third parties, we will transfer it to a country that provides an adequate level of legal protection of your information.
